MagPro Quote of the Day:
"In other words, my experiences in organizations has led me to believe that an imbalance exists – much attention is paid to performance, function, and task, but less to process, collaboration, and people. The literature supports these experiences: our leaders, and future leaders, are still not trained satisfactorily in the areas of inter or intra personal, or EI competencies, particularly ones such as empathy and team leadership."

From One: The Humanistic Scientific Balance (p21) of the book Transformational Leadership by Paul Schlosberg – a MagPro Publishing author (Publishing.MagPro.org)

View From the 'Mountain of God' (Mount Sinai)

I saw many beautiful rock formations all around me as I climbed down Mount Sinai (located in Modern day Egypt). In biblical times, this region was often called 'the wilderness. This is a very beautiful mountain.
