Pure Water Gluten-freedom Vegetarian Vegan Clean Air Wireless Signal Avoidance
Hello and welcome to MagPro Health
There are quite a few things you might consider adopting (or continuing) to aid your health, and a few of these are listed here. Adopting all the suggestions we make here could be fabulous, yet even adopting one of them could still be extremely helpful to your health. Please take a look at our health menu—and feel free to add as much as you like to your plate!
Why not get yourself a water distiller?
22Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
Water distillation is a great way to get the unvisible toxins or solids out of your water that can often be present in tap water, or even in many of the bottled waters—and also the BPAs from the plastic bottles that many of our waters come in. You can add electrolytes to your distilled water if you want to, but distilled water (if distilled properly) is pure, unadulterated water. It is not stilled but distilled so it is free to move about your body system and remove all sorts of unpleasent items and help you feel fabulous and more pliable. Distilled water (or pure water) is believed to be better if contained in a glass container and drunk from a glass bottle—or other non-plastic container. The great thing is that it tastes great!
Some warn of the dangers of drinking distilled water, often citing that the minerals you may be missing out on from doing so could be harmful. Yet you can get adequate amounts of magnesium and calcium and other minerals from the food you eat and other sources. Distillation, at its best, removes all non-water elements from the water, leaving you just water. This, many believe, is really what you want from water—just water. (Unless you added fruit or veggies to your distilled water in the blender.) The amount of inorganic material that distillation removes is fabulous. You can look into your distiller after distillation has taken place and see all of the not so pleasent looking material that otherwise could have gone into your body if you hadn't put your water through the distillation process.
Since The Megahome Countertop Water Distiller, White, Glass Collection is such an excellent water distiller, click on the link below to possibly order one for yourself:
Another thing concerning water that you might want to look into is a shower filter.
Gluten-freedom is fabulous. Going gluten-free can be positively life-changing. The health benefits can be enourmous.
Concerning a gluten-free diet helping those suffering from ALS, a 2016 article states, "Some people with the frightening neurological condition amyotrophic lateral sclerosis — also known as ALS, or Lou Gehrig's disease — have high levels of a particular antibody to gluten circulating in their bodies, raising the question of whether a gluten-free diet might help in treatment of the disease, a study shows." Visit the following verywellhealth artice entitled Study: Gluten Antibodies Associated with ALS: Could the Gluten-Free Diet Help to Treat Lou Gehrig's Disease? to further investigate the effects of a Gluten-free diet potentially helping those with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) by reading the full article.
Many experience better sleep after going gluten-free, which is key to eliminating being a foggy brain fellow (or a foggy brain female). The Wheat Belly book by William Davis (available at his website, WheatBellyBlog.com) is a great means to aid in understanding how beneficial a wheat-free (or gluten-free) diet can be. Yet even if you didn't read the book, giving a gluten-free diet a try for ten days could prove its benefits to your health—so you then could have at least tested it for yourself.
Yet keep in mind that if you do go gluten-free, at the beginning of doing so, your body might be going through withdrawal from gluten. This could result in needing to sleep alot (which didn't bother me too much, as my brain loved the make up sleep I was getting for all the sleep I had missed while eating gluten regulary), along with various other symptoms possibly occurring. Yet the benefits can far outweigh the initial shock to your system, and soon you might be amazed at how well you feel—hopefully shedding symptoms of the effects of gluten on your health (that you might not have even known you've had) like crazy.
18And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
The reason many believe that gluten is so hurtful to our health is because of the wheat plant being altered to help it grow "better" than it was growing previously. Yet although a seemingly studier wheat plant arose, it was dynamically changed, and along came a host of health issues to follow from eating it. The bread that Jesus distibuted I believe was significantly different from much of the bread available today, and is also very different from bread from the 1940s as well.
A WheatBellyBlog.com article entitled Wheat is NOT "genetically-modified" explains that although genetically-modified wheat is not currently widely available, modern wheat is a result of an even cruder practice, stating, "Modern wheat has been hybridized (crossing different strains to generate new characteristics; 5% of proteins generated in the offspring, for instance, are not present in either parent), backcrossed (repeated crossing to winnow out a specific trait, e.g., short stature), and hybridized with non-wheat plants (to introduce entirely unique genes). There are also chemical-, gamma-, and x-ray mutagenesis, i.e., the use of obnoxious stimuli to induce mutations that can then be propagated in offpspring." And the result of this formentioned messing with God's wheat plant many believe is the reason why so many health issues are linked to the eating of this altered (hybridized, backcrossed, and hybridized with non-wheat plants) wheat.
But if you might be saying to yourself, "I love bread, and spaghetti, and pizza, what can I do?" Fortunately, there are a mirriad of delicious wheat subsitutes (gluten-free options) that are widely available and hopefully will continue to grow in availability. Gluten is quite often consumed in the form of bread and pasta, yet many gluten-free substitutes of these are available. Also, eating rice instead of pasta is an option—yet there are many gluten-free pasta options that are delicious.
Being a vegetarian can be healthy for you.
15And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king's meat.
As eating a vegetarian diet was healthful for Daniel and his compatriots while in Babylon, eating a vegetarian diet can be healthful for us. Because of all of the steriods often given to animals to help them grow faster so the meat industry can get more bang for their buck, those reportedly unhealthy steriods can go into our systems when we eat the meat that comes from these steroid using meat farms.
Three out of the four instructions given by the Holy Ghost and the apostles and elders and brethren to the brethren of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia can be kept by adhering to a vegetarian diet. That's not to say they can't also be adhered to while eating a non-vegetarian diet, but it makes it a lot easier.
28For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;
29That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
Being a vegan can be super healthy for you.
29And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
30And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
31And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Have you ever seen a gorilla? Gorillas are mostly vegan, as well as elephants and horses, yet eating meat is often portrayed as seemingly the only way to become a strong, healthy enormopod (strong, large, athletic person). Yet that's often not the best way.
Clean air is great.
9Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
Sometimes we might not know what the problem is when we are experiencing a serius health issue. Doing something as simple as vacumming more often could have profound health benefits for us—especially for those who are prone to allergies—because this could help the air you breathe while in your abode to be cleaner.
Having a robot helper help you clean, for example the iROBOT ROOMBA, can be a great time saver. And the chances of sleeping better after you've helped eliminate more drifters in the air (or potential allergens) are well improved.
Yet a step further could also be taken. For example you could go down the road of aquiring an air-purification system.
Wireless Signal Avoidance
Shutting down our wireless connections (modems, routers, etc.) and turning off the wireless and telephone signals on our phones when we go to sleep (especially if they are near to us when we sleep) can sometimes and for some people really seem to aid in sleeping better.
1 Corinthians 9:26
26I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
I'm not sure what this verse above has to do with wireless signal avoidance, but I guess it might, for if you turn off your wireless signal emmiting devices before you go to sleep, you won't need to beat the air to lessen the wirless signals' effect on your health (as that probably wouldn't help anyways), as you'd have alread shut them off. An article from the Guardian entitled Wi-Fi: are there any health risks? doesn't seem to come down too hard on Wi-Fi for affecting our health, yet it is always worth a try yourself to see if lessening your controllable, near wi-fi or wireless signals might help you sleep a little (or a lot) better.
